Cancellation Policy:

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to The Green Rooms cancellations/reschedule policy. Cancellations 48hrs/2 full working days before appointment may be charged 50% of service fee. Day of appointment or 24 hours cancellation will be charged 100% of service fee, alternatively you may find someone else to take your booking. You will receive a reminder of your appointment 72hrs prior.

New Clients to The Green Room

Welcome! I am so happy to have you here and hold space for you.

Please arrive early for your appointment so we can connect. I recommend wearing no make up, jewellery, fragrance and coming with unwashed hair. For you to be able to relax, unwind and truly immerse into healing I recommend no alcohol or caffeine the night or morning of your facial treatment.

All new clients will be charged 50% of their ritual up front when booking your appointment. This secures your space and is non refundable. You are able to reschedule your appointment outside of the cancellation policy as much as need be to suit your schedule. An invoice will be issued when booking made.

Gift Vouchers:

If you are lucky enough to have been gifted a voucher, please choose the gift voucher option when booking and quote voucher number in comments. If you hold an expired voucher please contact me to discuss options.

Vouchers are valid for 1 year as from purchase date. For gifting a voucher to a loved one, please contact me directly through website, email or phone and I will be happy to organize one for you.
